Shipping and Handling
We ship Monday through Friday. If there is any
information missing from your order or any questions, you will be contacted within 24 hours via email for immediate resolution.
Orders
are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Some items are shipped via US Priority, and some via UPS Ground.
If you need product quickly, please contact us for special arrangements and expedited pricing (customerservice@favorsmarketplace.com) To better maintain quality, we have several locations that specialize in certain products, meaning that your
order may arrive in more than one shipment if you are ordering multiple items. We will notify you if this would apply
to your order.
We only ship within the United States
only(Hawaii and Alaska included).
We offer a flat shipping/handling rate of just $3.85
for all orders. As a result, no bulk discounts are offer for larger quantity orders as we do absorb additional shipping
expenses for these orders. We are, however, willing to consider your inquiry. Please email us at admin@favorsmarketplace.com and let us know the item and quantity that you are looking to purchase.
Sales tax is applied for Illinois residents only of 8.75%.
Payment
Pay securely online using PayPal. You are not required to have
a PayPal account to place an order. You may also order by phone (847)513-3738. Though our offices are open Monday
through Friday 8am to 5pm, we often have someone available to answer your calls after hours. We currently do not have
a toll free number so if you would like to avoid long distance charges, simply email as much of your order information as
you have to customerservice@favorsmarketplace.com and we will follow up with you through a courtesy call from our Customer Service Manager. Please DO NOT email
any sensitive information such as credit card numbers or bank account information. We will call you to collect such
information.
Why do we use PayPal?
PayPal is the top online payment system being used today. PayPal
has proven to be secure. And best of all PayPal will never send your payment information to anyone! We do not
even receive credit card numbers, billing addresses, or any other of your sensative information at our facility. We
only receive your shipping address and confirmation that payment is received. All other information is immediately locked
from any further access.

FAVORS/GIFTS: We purchase only the highest quality
items for your event. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us for a return authorization.
EDIBLE ITEMS: We cannot accept returns on
any edible items. If you have an issue with any of our edibles, then please contact us at customerservice@favorsmarketplace.com for resolutoin. You will not be stuck with product that you cannot
use!
PERSONAL
INFORMATION: At no time will any of your personal information be given to third parties for any reason other
than what is needed to fill your order. Games and Celebrations.com does not sell customer lists or provide any information
that could be used for solicitation purposes.
PAYMENT
INFORMATION: We use PayPal for our payment processing (you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase
items from us). We have asked PayPal to maintain any sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers, bank
account numbers, etc. We simply receive verification that payment is received and at no time are we provided with
this information. Our goal is to make your online shopping as safe as possible.
PRICE
MATCH POLICY: We will meet or beat the prices of our competitors for most of our products. If you find
one of our items cheaper on a different website, then please email the link to the page displaying the product in question,
your suggested price, and the quantity that you would be interested in purchasing. We will review the item and let you
know if we will meet the price or beat it. Not all products will qualify for this as some of our items
are kept close to wholesale prices. Send inquiries to customerservice@favorsmarketplace.com. Responses will occur within 24 hours direct from our Customer Service Manager.
